Nah, I can count to 1023 on my fingers. And some huge number if I also use
my toes. Twice that number if I use.......

<shrug> Why would you need a remote anyway but fwiw the 8" one does
have one. It's a photo frame, you plug in the memory chip and leave it
cycle - if you want to do a slide show to bore the visitors senseless
with thousands of pictures of your kids then that's what the media pc
    (1) plugged into the 40" plasma is for, no ?
errm it has a USB slot and an SD slot - what else do you need ? SD is
the cheapest memory format, so for use as a photo frame buy a 2Gb
dedicated chip (SD or USB) for $25 and have a weeks worth of photos on
it (which lets face it, it's an 8" screen - you're not going to gather
the family around it for a show and tell, are you ? It's going to sit
on the sideboard or on the wall and flick up a new photo periodically,
just like a normal photo frame except the picture changes.
What one earth good is a pissy little amount of memory like that ?
Considering 512Mb is worth like, $4 why would you even care about $1's
    worth of memory ?

Geez Mr Nit Pick !! :)

Not internal but, as John says, just get a 2 gig card. OTOH it makes sense
to reduce your photos to 720 x 480 in which case, 128Meg is a lot of photos.
