    Hello peoples...

I have a yzf600 which has started it's service, I have found a heap of sand
in the airbox, which has gotten past the filter ( filter mustn't have been
sitting properly), whaich has got me thinking worst case scenario, I might
have to do a rebuild on the engine sometime soon. So of course the next
question is, where can you get a kit to up the capacity of the engine, and
how much? I have had a bit of a google search, nothing has come up. Any
ideas? If I am going to do the engine, I may as well see If I can improve a
bit on what is there already.

    Thanks,

    Ian

From my experiences dont mod a bike with a mod that not everyone does. ie if
it will be putting a big bore kit in it DONT.... u will lose all reliability
of it and u will prorrly spend wat too much and NEVER get ant of it back in
    return.
Presently i am faced with this problem and it makes me wanna cry.
do ur rebuild back to stock and if u want more power go and buy a yfz r1 or
    sumthin.

    There's a big difference between adding 50cc to a single cylinder 125 and 50cc
to a 4 cylinder 600 my lad. A less than 10% overbore is not a biggy on most
bikes. A 50% over bore however... ( i was rather wondering how yours went -
    thanks for answering the question)

the problems were related to the uselessness of the ppl who worked on th
ebike to do things proppperly. and they aint yaking responsibility and are
    pointing fingers at everyone else!!
