    175/70s, Shirley.

Don't use Colway remoulded Michelin Nora M+S tyres on it, that's all
    I'll say.

  2. Oooh, tricky question, tricky question. The report was nearly ten years
    ago.

The bikes may still be under development. Who knows? :)))

I honestly can't remember the tyre size (and am too lazy to go and
    look)...

I must admit that there is a case to be made for something sticky on it.

He had a 'moment' at a hairpin on the Manx, as the car refused to turn
into it, despite much heaving on the handbrake. Turned out he'd
boiled the power steering fluid, ffs.

    QVC bargain of the day.

I bought it about 18 months ago - with the plan of putting it in the TR -
and it's a cracking plan that has yet to fully reach completion.

If ever I get it finished I suspect there will be plenty of pucker marks.

I could think of somewhere to put it. Problem is I'd need to get it out
of the container and then find some money to pay you.

It's out of a P38 Rangie. So it's only chucking about 225 BHP. Enough
though. And, enough torque to make the world turn the other way.

Around 300 apparently. And it's totally linear unlike a turbo... Could
    be terrifyingly nice.
Sure - Remind me to take out a large loan for you to have the payments on.

  17. Whaa-aat? How the ****** can you do that?

    <Thinks>

And what happened to the (presumably few) 800 series cars they exported
    to hot climates?

(ISTR a story that the cars, badged as Sterlings in the US, didn't like
the hotter states and their leather turned green or something. I think
    Rover beat an ignominious retreat)
