A camera for my head

    Hi all,

I'm still trying to find a helmet camera solution that I'm not too
chicken to use. All of the ones I've looked at so far have some snag
points that scare me a little, so I've not gone with anything yet.

I'm trying to put a solution together that means there is nothing
physically connecting me to the bike, so I've been looking for a decent,
but still affordable wireless solution. So far, the closest I've found
    is at http://www.actioncameras.co.uk/acatalog/Wireless_Transmitter.html
and I was wondering what people thought of this.

I'm also not quite clear on how it would connect up, and I assume that
you still need the camera with the battery connected to it, so at a
minimum I'm looking at something like the image at
    http://www.rfconcepts.co.uk/21CW-batt.JPG - is that right + the
connection to the transmitter and whatever power supply that requires.

The final thing I could use some advice on is the receiving end. My
current DV camera only does DV in, not AV in - can anyone recommend a
good, cheap videocamera to go on the end of this? Bonus points if anyone
knows of a Sony HC model with AV in that fits most skydiving helmets :D

I'd be quite happy to discuss this over one or more beers at my expense
with any London based people who've done this already and can give me
    some pointers :D

    Thanks,

    Wayne
