Just because they always find you guilty?

More than likely it wouldn't be so cut and dry. He'd see someone he though
was speeding but not get the radar out in time but book them anyway. It
happened to me once, a copper pulled me over but was honest enough to tell
me he didn't get me on the radar and that he was going to be super generous
today and let me off. He said he just knows when people are speeding and to
prove it he said "look, that car's speeding" and put up his radar gun. It
read 80ks, which was the limit.

Just how intensive does your purpose get?

I suppose you think criminal intent is something that happens under canvas.

It's just this odd language they taught me at school.

Hint: Look up the expression "to all intents and purposes" in a
dictionary. You know, that book with all the words in it.

Are you ok to use FTP, spooky? I've set up an account for you on my home PC.
Details are your email. If you upload it, I'll then upload it to my
funkdancer.com web site which is hosted in Melbourne -- provided it's only
    referenced here in the newsgroup.

    Cheers,

Or people can just slow down. A speed limit of 60 doesn't mean it's the only
speed that is safe to do.

I got your email, ta. I've got to choose one, and then get
the permission of the person in it to make sure it's ok with
them, before I make it public. Yep, FTP is fine....

    Nope, that's why I'm asking.

Since you are an expert, how about sharing the knowledge?
I'm interested in this video and audio footage. I'd like to use that if I go
to trial. How does a person go about requesting that info?

I was meaning with other type offences, eg parking which had a high

The ICV (in car video) has only been in operation since
October. If you were booked before this, then there is
no video of the incident. However, in future, you wont
need to "request" to see it, it'll be clearly displayed in the
Court before the Magistrate. However, if you wish to see
it prior to the Court hearing, you, and your solicitor, can
make a request with the HWP supervisor to view it at their
    convenience.

Hopefully later tonight, a sample of the video will be available.

  19. Was it noisier ormore noticeable than others?

The usual driveby-speeding-not-speeding is in second gear instead of
fourth at exactly the same speed, with headlights on.

  20. Sounds like you're onto a huge Police cover-up! :)

Next I guess you'll tell us that the trapeze artists ends up being
    suspended.
