a different race

  1. "In this video, Jean-Yves Blondeau straps into a Buggy Rollin (like a
close-fitting suit of body armor covered in rollerblade wheels that
let you skate on any part of your body) and races a 600cc motorcycle
down a moutnainside. There's lots of freaky first-person PoV cuts
    along with aerials[..]"

I think the bike is easier to steer...

yeah, I think their definition of race needs to be examined. Looks like
that bike i going awfully gingerly through the corners to let the other
    bloke keep up.

Perhaps if the bike actually leaned a little in the corners it might
close some on being a "race" ?

I had a great time over there for a few years on a blackbird.... cops are
all in 1.8 litre cars, no pursuit vehicles, and motorbike cops are either on
125's or the old harley police bikes. Even if you do get caught, fines are
so small that you dont really mind so much ;-) Outside of the major cities,
the roads are huge, excellent and empty. many 2 lane 200km/h+ sweepers
given the nature of the very hilly terrain. I've been all over that
country, and as far as i know, there is not a single place where you are out
    of view of a mountain.
