Been out in the garage myself today and fitted the oil diverter plate
which was needed to make the oil cooler that is now fitted to the
620 engine work properly. Fitted a filter, filled it with oil, fitted
    the
900ss downpipes and the DP carbon cans I got off ebay for 120
notes and it fired up on the second turn once I'd fingered the
throttle rocker as we hadn't yet fitted a throttle to it! Lovely :-D

Now it's just a case of fitting the new bodywork, fitting the chain
(need a new link as I had to cut it off the old swingarm), and
getting the new tyres put onto the wheels and we're just about
    sorted.

I'll update the pics at http://horrible.demon.co.uk/600-620/
    when I get the chance.

  3. Reminds me - there is still a back wheel with your name on it here.

If you don't want it, it goes back on Ebay.

    I know I know I know ;-)

I will get round to picking it up at some point - unless you fancy
coming along to the Brands round on Sunday 23rd April and
dropping it off? I should have some spare tickets too.

You lucky, lucky bastard. I spent the whole weekend servicing the Jeep.
There is something particularly unpleasant about laying on your back on
a freezing cold concrete floor, watching yet another layer of yet
another grade of oil/ATF building up on your arm as it runs down inside
    your sleeve.

Looking on the bright side, seven of my fingers still have skin on all
three knuckles, and my bank account still contains the 500-odd quid the
dealer would've wanted for doing the work.

Next weekend's garage session should be much more fun - fitting a new
chain & quick-release sprocket carrier & sprockets to the MV.

Laura points out that a)they've spelled most of the Romaji words wrong, and
    b)they don't mention "Gravitation".
