    Should police be forced to call off speed chases before they exceed 140klm ?

    Your instructions are contradictory ( a bit like your arguments to date) however
    I assume you mean put yes or no in the subject line

    And what if you think they should be forced to call it off if it does reach 140
    but up to that it's OK ?
