A question to my French friends

I seem to run into all kinds of rhetoric especially in the British
groups that they are more intelligent and overall a much better people
than the French. I've always felt that the French people are smarter,
technologically superior and much more cultured than the Brits. Any
opinions?

However a lot of French live in England, and very well, a lot of English the
