A Tale of Two Sidepanels

    Whilst I've been waiting parts for the Guzzi engine I've given the cycle
    parts a quick blow over with black paint.

    On the whole the paint finish has been pretty good but the tank and one
    sidepanel have had a strange white/blue cast appear as they dry.

    All parts were painted at the same time, same gun, same cellouse paint
    mix, same anti-bloom thinners and same drying conditions (warm and muggy).

    The cast mops off with G3 compound.

  2. Looks like blooming to me, especially as it mops out.
