A40 Westway into and out of London.

    The flyover has had the 50 limit signs bagged over, temp 30 signs on it
    and more and more paint turns up daily on the road insisting it's 30.
    noone seems to be paying a blind bit of notice to any of it.

    Is there a place I can find out *why*?
