Hi...did anyone witness the accident on Tuesday night around 11:30pm at
Gladesville. I was driving home after a movie and saw a moto rider covered
under a blanket in the middle of Victoria Rd, at the intersection with
Cowell St (Opposite the Bayview Tavern). the rider was motionless and the
bike had the front section missing.

I drove by carefully and offered help but there were quite a few people
    attending the rider.

I turned the corner, ride down the street a bit further then saw the
culprit. He was what looked like a white honda Civic, front dented. There
was also a red commodore blocking the Civic. I again offered assistance but
I think the undercover cop had things under control. Can you believe the
guy tried to run away, luckily there are heaps of undercover cops in
Gladesville as the Bayview is known as a common hotspot for late night
    violence.

I just hope the moto rider was ok...

Anyone got any news to re-assure me, please post.

    Thanks.

    According to today's Telegraph
    Off-duty officer nabs offender
"The woman suffered a suspected broken bone"

    Doesn't say which bone....
