    Bloody hell.

Hope the vertebrae (and everything else) heal up properly.

Pass on my GWS to the cheesy hippie and Jude.

Heh, I didn't smash so many things but I certainly wouldn't wish my
    extended recovery time on anyone!

And oddly enough on that topic I'll have my compo though in a few
    weeks. Woohoo, a fragfest beckons!

I bet the injuries were just concussion, then he thought he was skiiing
when in the chopper and jumped out.

    Get well soon.

Thanks also for all the good stuff on
rec.skiing.resorts.europe where I have been for a lot longer
than I have been here. Years vs months.

    Ouch.

I'm sure there's a joke in here about "Wrecked 'em" but it's too early
in the morning for me to work it out.

That's a bit stinky but I suspect Frags crash was as bad as this one.
    Not from my direction.

I recall Kevin Olly on the XV535 as being pretty horrific. Frag seems to
have suffered from post crash medico incompetence.
Well we never learn much from other peoples' mistakes. All the same I
hope Ace makes a full recovery eventually. The 06-07 ski season is a bit
    of a wash out though.
