Addictive, or what?

  1. I am the anti-safety-nazi.

Went for a blat this morning to collect my new glasses. A quick 45 kms.
In vest and shorts. It's fucking *brilliant*. The bugs sting a bit, but
the feeling of "freedom" is awesome.

I can heartily recommend riding one's motorcycle in a country where it
doesn't piss down every 5 minutes.

    Might go out naked tomorrow.

  2. Well, the worst that can happen is the tarmac rips all the flesh from my
    body.

I'll go quite slowly (didn't exceed 120mph this morning).

I'd suggest ventilated gear (me Spidi jacket, Rev-it! Airvent trousers and
RPS leather gloves with holes). Worked for me under some 35 degrees, fresher
    and safer than any jeans.
    Post naked pictures!

In French hospital slang, a biker with not much skin left is called a
    "pizza". Very graphic.

  6. Saw one such at the Paul Ricard medical centre, some time in the
mid-1980s. All he'd been wearing when he came off, on the perimeter
    track, had been swimming trunks.

Shades of Rollie Free. If he'd come off his Vincent, he'd have been
shredded by salt. Doesn't bear thinking about.
