Aeroplanisti Book recommendation

    I've just finished reading Wings On My Sleeve by Eric "Winkle" Brown.
    That man is a flying god. He was a FAA pilot in WW2 and started flying
    Martletts of the Audacity escort carrier. Then he was diverted into
    test piloting and had/has flown the greatest number of aircraft of any
    man. It's a cracking read although you do wonder how he found time to
    breed.
