does anyone know a site or something where i can get side covers for the
kz650 so that it says 125 instead of kz650 so that i can drive it on street
    and cops wont know...

I think even "Okie" cops might figure that one out.
My advice would be stick to dirt or private property.
If you get caught the fine would definitely be more
than what that bike cost you. It is better to ride safe
and smart than to cruise the town so your friends
can see your new ride. (experience talking here)
    Enjoy the new bike,

Hey man, it's your choice entirely. I just wanted to point out
the risks. Do what you feel comfortable with. But try to be as
smart and safe about it as you can.
    Good Luck

  8. I, for one, would have second thoughts about providing this kid with a
motorcycle. I think his judgement needs to develop a bit so he doesn't
    hurt himself or someone else.

  10. I'm glad that's been taken care of. Chris's enthusiasm seems rampant,
and he's said a few things on here that gave me pause.

    Good! Go buy it!

If you were my kid, I'd have knocked you in the head a long time ago
instead of buying you a bike. Motorcycles take alot of responsibility
and expense that NO 14 year old kid is able to provide for.

Otherwise, you're wasting people's time on here asking about Ninjas
    and Eliminators.

Not to mention that at least here in tx. I think they will suspend your
    license untill you are 18
and if you drive then and get caught it is a class B misd.

Riiiight. Posting on usenet isn't a waste of time? I'm sure you have a
meeting with Governor Perry in a few minutes.

Why not start riding on a CR125 or an XR200?
