Champ's had a hard life, though, the ****. Looks older than he is,
    clearly.

In September, after the Paternoster-fest, I got a cab back to my
    parents' place. 140 quid.

  8. As I have to maintain my "fat anti social transport lunatic" reputation
in order to keep you in cheap jokes I'll just add here that the price
would be £6 for a One Day Off Peak Travelcard for zones 1-6. This would
cover all the public transport options that Mr TOG could possibly face -
apart from the heart attack inducing taxi fares.

  10. Funny I thought I'd demonstrated the great range and flexibility of the
transport system to get someone from a to b at all hours of the day and
    night.
Only if you're stupid and can't read the signs at Hammersmith Bus
    Station
So they sleep in a shop doorway or under an arch until the tube starts
    at 05.00 do they?

I didn't know that. It's about £1.10 for me and that's from Hove.

wow, very serious. It's just a PITA deciphering which is the correct
route to take - especially if you have to change.
haha, has happened to me twice.
Well last weekend was Mylo gig until ~4am, then round to a mate's house
until 8ish, then took the tube home where I snoozed until going-to-pub
    time at 6. Very agreeable.

Anyway 333/Fabric/the cross/etc will gladly entertain you until at
    least 5.

It's a bar, near Old Street station. There's no sign outside, just the name
of the place written on the front of one of the steps by the door. They
don't do real ale, but it is one of the best places in the area to sink a
    few bevvies.

I reckon it's about time we went to Dream Bags Jaguar Shoes or maybe even
the Electricity Showrooms, just to make Kenyon happy.

not that far from Liverpool St. either.
I've been to both now - neither actually much cop beyond novelty value.
Undadebridge a few doors along from DBJS is a much better bet.

    If you like Red Stripe.

IANAPBT. And I've never been to, or even heard of the place, but no,
it most certainly is not worth fifteen quid to get in.
Sorry, you're only allowed in for 45 minutes? That's just fucking
barmy. Places like that have no right to exist and serve as a monument
to the british drinking public's stupidity and gullability.
