yes, I know that 32 is supposedly too big. wot happens
is that it starts easily and, once underway pulls strongly with an
increase in top speed BUT it wont idle and spits back at small
throttle openings, a sign, so i'm told of a very LEAN mixture :-(
even with mixture screw screwed right in it still spits back.
I'm out of ideas. wotz yaw thoughts ????

Have you tried unscrewing the mixture screw?
I'm not that familiar with SOEnglish carbs but if the
mixture screw is on the engine side of the carb it generally
    unscrews to richen the mixture.

You'd want it to taste good, not write a novel. However, as this is
usenet and not a restaurant matey might do well to not to use speech
    recognition while he's pissed.
