It's in the nic*er* part of Essex, outside Brentwood. In the country.

no, no, I've no problem with Essex.

But how do I get to and from a wine tasting there?

    a) my car's still not fucking fixed &

    b) even it were, I'm not going to drink-and-drive &

    c) yes, I have a working and road legal bike, but that's even worse
    from a drink-and-drive perspective.

    Hmm. Well you could
    1) Spit
    2) Get a taxi
    3) Get a lift. Might even be able to help you with that one myself, but
I will not be spitting. I just don't drink that much at the tastings.

If you want to go, I'm sure we could work something out.

    cunts.

let me down with airport transfers twice.

Admittedly both times from Luton; I'd not fancy going to Luton myself.

After 'lapsing' several times I am now back anti-cholesterol medication.
Bezafibrate in one, time release, dose so that I can pop it at breakfast
    along with the other pills.

After more than two months, I have to cautiously say that it doesn't
seem to be having the unpleasant effects statins had on me. Fucknose if
it's reducing my cholesterol levels though and I probably won't find out
until my 'year of birth' clinic in December.

    <looks up fibrates>

They seem to have the potential for similar side effects to statins

A new study into the unintended effects of statins was published in
May. Lots to think about in that

I'm not at the statin level yet. I decided to have a buggerit week this
week, alcohol, chips, BBQ and so on. I'll be good tomorrow, honest.
