No, otherwise you'd have made the comment if it only took idiocy George.

LOL, how very odd. I just went there myself and what came up was a picture
of a potato in a bathtub, and the caption "Mary didn't scrub up too bad for
an old potato".... Ah well, so much for my very helpful advice... <snigger>

The one I was trying to point the OP to was a pic of a man signing a cheque,
with the caption "After the police sent him a photo of his car speeding, Ron
sent them a photo of a cheque"

  6. Was that the one where the police sent him back a photo of a set of
handcuffs and the inside of the jail?

That's the one I got. I wondered what the hell you were on
    about! :)

I seem to remember a joke that goes along that line. Ron pays his
fine after the cops send him a photo of a pair of handcuffs!

  9. US English is a whole lot better organised than the English we use.
Thanks to Webster and their long-standing acceptance of his
dictionary, Americans have a degree of consistency in their usage that
we do not. Shakespeare was more likely to spell it color than the
Frenchified colour. British English, hence ours, has many more
"foreign" influences than US English does.

Error! Error! You used the words US and good English in the same
    sentence.

Yep; I was very very sad to discover that too.
It's the Poms who flowered up all the spellings with their extra Us, GHTs
etc.... Yank spelling is closer to original spelling.
