  1. Yeah right Nev,
it is easy to say bullshit
but even you know you are wrong
Ask one of your solicitor acquaintances,
you know, those blokes who have got you off those traffic offences

  2. I don't have to..........................
just because you are too dumb or too lazy to do it yourself, doesn't mean
that everyone has to do your bidding
That was the problem with knobless, I told him so and he flounced out of the
room like a startled gazelle, never to talk to me again

  3. Not really Nev, you have claimed that what I said was bullshit,
it is up to you to prove that what you say is correct and that I am wrong
otherwise you are like the prosecutor in a weak case

    Could it be a metaphor?

  6. Now Nev, don't try and tell me that you have never heard of nor seen a court
case where the defendant is clearly guilty to a charge ( Caught at the
scene ), which should bring about a 4 or 5 year incarceration in the prison
detention system, only to see a lenient sentence or good behaviour bond
handed down after a good argument from his legal team?
If you answer that to the negative, then it is my turn to call "Bullshit"

Yes, the McGees, all those Irish people look the same to me.

Saw that on the news. Bastards.
    Yes please.
If it had been you or me no-one would have heard from either of us
again for a very long time. Obviously the whole security search thing
is just so much posturing. They're not making anybody safer. They
wouldn't notice if he'd been carrying a small thermo-nuclear device,
but I turn up at the check-in with a corkscrew and watch the panic.

    Theo
    I really liked that corkscrew.

...and the good news is that even though it was a Peugeot, the other guy's
    damage only came to $1361.

(Yes, I *do* think that's a lot to supply 5 plastic parts and paint 2 of
    them...)

Much improved over last Monday night, but sneezing is still an unpleasant
    experience.

Is it sneezing season? That would make it a very nasty cosmic practical joke
on you, wouldn't it? The worst time in the universe to have cracked ribs
would have to be hayfever season. Yuk. Hope you have some good drugs!
Huggypoos (but only if they won't hurt!)

I think that this exchange would benefit from the insertion of a simple
illustration - just to set the stage:

Yeah but it's only 2 or 3 years comprehensive insurance (including excess)
    so you're thousands ahead!

FIIK, his insurance company only sent me the one. (Which was
significantly less than I was expecting, so I paid it before they could
    change their minds).

You do realise, BTH, that photo is going to haunt us forever, in the same

Can hardly wait for the next Unaugural!

It saddens me to report this Betty, but that's one of the better photos of
    me that I've ever seen!
Not long now, only 6 weeks and 1 day!
