A few days ago I mentioned that our ginger tom had perked up nicely
after a visit to the vet 3 weeks ago. The little fella went downhill
rapidly over the last few days to the point that he could no longer
walk. The vet diagnosed a no-hope case of anaemia so mercy was given.

A cheerfull companion for 16 years, there is a vacant space perched
    on my shoulder. RIP Thomas.

Every time we go to the street market in Le Muy this dude is always there,
his cat stays put all day on his shoulders.

Good lord, I think I saw the very same man-plus-moggy during my epic
psycho sister-in-law rescue earlier this year (a sorry tale). Her
    holiday place is nearby.

  14. Aye, I remember the tale.
Le Muy is the closest decent market to Bargemon where my mate has a house.
I get down there 4/5 times a year - lovely place.

indeed, I would have liked to spend more time there. I'm planning to
return there for a little tour (tourette?) next year, without
    distractions.
