I just e-mailed them asking why the Schedule times and dates are always
    so screwed up.

For example the schedule says the FP1 is 13/5, FP2 & FP3 are 14/5 (umm
isn't FP2 to happen today 13/5), QP & WUP 15/5 and the race is on Monday
16/5, yep according to them they do the warm up on Sunday and race on
    Monday!!!

Then there is the times of each event, FP2 is from 0-10:00 - 0-09:00,
umm is that GMT or EST or Moto GP web site time and er what time is that
exactly? Apparently the race is on Monday at 0-10:00, but they warmup on
Sunday at 09:45-10:05, hope those tyre warmers are reliable.

    I'm eagerly awating their reply.

Can any of your guys see who watch the Live Timing on the MotoGP site
see an of the detailed stuff on the RH side of the screen?
Like Schedule, Weather Info, Rider, Messages, etc?
It used to work for me last year using Internet Explorer.
I've changed to Mozilla Firebox brower & now none of this detail stuff
    works.
Just wondering if it's just my computer set-up, Firefox or something else.
    Any ideas or suggestions?

It doesn't seem to work with Explorer either.
Does it work if you subscribe to one of their "Packages"?

Yes, the right hand side of Live Timing works if you subscribe. Except when
    they goof it up.

As far as I can remember the live timing is free and you can create a
username and password without having to pay, I have subscribed but used
to log into live timinmg for free and then be able to get all the info
    on the RHS.

I just checked on the site and on the home page near the top of the
screen to the right of the login boxes there is a "register", if you
click on it a screen appears where you enter you details (free) and once
you have done this then click on live timing, login with the username
and p/w you registered with and then you can access the info on the RHS
    of the live timing screen.

    I've been registered for years.
Maybe I have to reregister with a different username?

I just reregistered using another user name & email address, logged in
as the new user using Explorer.
I can still access Live Timing but not the other info.
    Strange.

No you are correct, I just reregistered with another name and sure
enough you can't access the RHS info.

I got it from the horse's mouth, in an e-mail, that now you have to
subscribe to get the right side.

I just started up live video, low speed (I have 256k), in Real Video. Then I
right clicked on it while it was beginning to buffer and opened it in real
player. Then I stopped the page from buffering it. Then I went to live
timing and enjoyed the video on top of it.

Last year, if I did this and didn't shut down the real player in the page
quick by going to another page, the picture in real player stand alone
    turned pink.

Anyhow, setting the sharpness to full on in real player (free version) helps
alot with the low band picture. Once you have it in real player you can go
full-screen. You can go full-screen with the windows media version by
double-clicking it, but you can't get it in an independent player that's not
    full-screen.

Live video used to cut out alot but it was very good this time.

No commentary for the qp motogp, but they did a great job visually.

I couldn't subscribe with my check card, which worked last year, and they
took a very long time not to fix it, so I had to open an account at another
bank. That check card worked. (Check card is a debit/atm card that can be
used as a credit card, but it's only good for your account balance.)

The trouble is, they do not check that what they uploaded works at all, or
is even there. They recently began to have a mostly blank home page
overnight. And lots of articles in their newsletters lead to mostly blank
    pages.

They also still make video features where you can't move around in them.

They are messing up really badly this morning, but -- they always do.

The live video is excellent! Using sharpening in Real Player makes it easy
to read the great statistics you get during practice and qualifying. In this
way, low band (150) looks pretty good full-screen, and very good at 2x size.

I spoke too soon -- it just cut out. Ah, I got it back! Good old Toby is
going through the 125 grid one by one.

Live video is doing freeze frames. I thought they were past that.

According to Ed's experiences you get little for free .
The more you pay the better it gets....sometimes!

I wonder who gets the money for subscriptions? - Dorna I suppose.
They're in the business to provide motorcycle racing entertainment - I
guess these days are gone when they give it away.
