ANPR cameras

    This evening I passed a load of plod standing around on of these
    things by the side of the road eyeing up passing cars, was surprised
    that I didn't get a pull from the next bunch about 100yds up the road.
    Surprised, because I have only got half a front number plate since
    some scrote broke it off the other night.

    Thats a more plausible excuse than the Range Rover with three lines of
    white tape carefully obscuring digits that I saw the other day.
