    Hi all,
I have a Yamaha XJ700 ('85 vintage) that needs some attention and i am
wondering if any tech-savvy DIY biker here in atlanta would be willing to
    help me with my
    bike?
I love my bike but dont know anything about repairing it. Even the shop
manual is a bit beyond me...

There is nothing complicated i want to do, just help with installing rear
brake drums, a new clutch line and some advise/help with carb tune and valve
    adjustment.

i am a complete noob with mechanics, and nothing short of a live person or a
detailed how-to video would be needed to get me going in the right
    direction....

And yes, i am too broke to go to a shop that charges $50 an hour....

Any help will be much appreciated and ofcourse, i am willing to pay for your
time and expertise. Better still, i am a web+video+3D designer and will be
glad to exchange help with any creative project you have in mind ....

failing all this, if u want to talk with me on the phone, thats fine too!

    thanks in advance,
    sri
