Any Kernowyon on here?

I'm tempted to bid on an Ebay "spares or repair" GFR in Penzance, but
it's a long way to go to pick up a complete lemon. Stated as "needing a
new flywheel". I interpret that as perhaps just in need of an ignition
stator coil rewind as one of mine had to have. Any Cornish Pixies in the
area available to take a quick dekko (even better if armed with a
multimeter).

I'm not aware of anyone further West than me, and it takes me just under 2
hours to get to Penzance. I've no plans to head that way anytime soon.

Hopefully a lurker can help you out.

Don't be silly. Now Egypt is a peoples democracy we don't have to worry
about boatloads of North sea Oil spending months at sea being freighted
round Cape Horn so petrol prices will plummet in days, if not hours. They
will be giving it away with nectar points before the month is out because
it will be so cheap.
