I'll be ranting if our holiday gets fucked up by this fucking ash cloud
again.

Supposed to be flying Thusrday.

 

The wind's moving round to the south for the next couple of days so you
should be fine.

 

I bloody hope so.

 

The US, yes? Ordinarily, the flightpath would be over Scotland and
Iceland, so expect to go via Delhi or something.

 

Well, yes...

I'm in Singapore and am supposed to be returning Sunday.

I can handle being holed up here for another week. Or two.

problems for my travel plans later this week then.

 

My (three) remaining foreign holidays this year all involve tunnel or
ferry. Or tunnel and ferry.

Colour me smug. Smugger than usual, anyway.

....but those flights that only hop half of the Atlantic at a time are
cheap for a reason.
