anyway, bad news, looks like he has sold the bike. Has a bloke coming down
from Sydney with the money around 6pm and looks like that person will
purchase. Anyway he will ring me this evening and let me know what happens

 

so thats roughly 300 metres as the crows flies from here

Well occasionally I get a few twitches but I dunno if you'd say "firm".....
No, worse luck.
I considered ringing him and offering him the money sight-unseen today but
there's no real way to dazzle him with cash from 1100km away so I'll have
to leave it as a one-that-got-away.......
