Anyone know how to get Hulu.com in the UK?

Hulu, a sort of american iPlayer but... "For now, Hulu is a U.S.
service only..."

So do any of the experts in here have any ideas how to make the site
think I'm in the USA? My Mrs has been ill for months[1] and is bored
of the limitations of TV via a laptop.

I guess it's down to showing them a USA IP, but how do we do that?

[1] Ulcerative Colitus. Large intestine burst, cut out, operation
wound pulled open[2], lots of dressing changes as the hole slowly
grows back, a bit like the hole Bear had in him but much bigger. LONG,
slow recovery and not able to get downstairs much yet.

or Russia. So far, so good. You get 100Mb to play with to test their service.

Oh, they're a VPN service.

Thanks, luck passed on. She hopes to have a second op next year, but
