Anyone sued an authority for state of the road?

    As I recently found out the legal arguement that's applied is "Could you
    have stopped if you'd have travelled slower?". As that (IMHO) is a yes to
    any incident then we're all fucked :)

    Well of course. If God had meant us to travel around at three figure
    speeds then he would have given us motorcycles.
