either a MotoGP weekend or WSB/BSB?
Looks like me and some mates[1] are riding to Brno - fancy coming along, they'd really fucking like you. [1] Bigotted, skinhead, pisshead, ****-calling twats, but they're some of my oldest mates and great fun to go out with
Either camping or hiring a villa. I'll definitely be camping on the way down there and will stay wherever they do when we get there.
The quickest way to Brno will be past Frankfurt so if it were me I'd be planning a stop in Randersacker where there's a bike friendly hotel. Doing that would give you two fairly steady days of riding even though it's all shitty motorway.
I have a feeling the lads want to take a more scenic and non-motorway ride down there, coming home may be a different matter. I've stopped at Randersacker before so know what to expect, but I'll be quite happy to find a campsite wherever I stop on the way down, I can't say the same for my nesh mates though
Nige wibbled forthrightly: Make sure you book well in advance, hotels get full up pretty quickly. There are a couple of decent places for cheapish dosh. The Best Western International is alright and the Continental is okay.
I thought you swore you'd never camp again? -- Malc Rusted and ropy. Dog-eared old copy. Vintage and classic, or just plain Jurassic: all words to describe me.
Might be - depends on where & when, as with a trip to Paris for the rugby, a trip to Vegas after that and then the TOG Tour, I might be pushing my luck a bit already!
I'm happy to DFV the MotoGP in France, but I think there will be few takers for a box. I'll arrange tickets, etc, too. Dosh up front, bien sûr. Anyone up for it? Hotels or camping? Lemme know now, as I'll need to reserve hotels pretty sharpish.
See other post - it seems to have been moved back a week from the original provisional date and now clashes with a wedding.
Cab took a blunt brush and painted... Go on then, get an idea of prices for a hotel plus tickets. I could DFV the Silverstone MotoGP. Would take so much organising transport
