The only person with Yeebok's tongue I know of is Yeebok.

  2. Maybe you can enlighten me with this one, but as I understand it after
    watching it a few times,
The copper following was on an unmarked Police motorcycle and was playing
    follow the leader
In the reflection from the cars the cop was behind, it showed the cop had
his head light on, but there didn't seem to be any flashings of blue or red.

This seems to me that the leading bike, thought it ay have been one of his
mates or just another rider following him on a ride somewhere.

Appears to some sort of entrapment to me,
Also, they didn't arrest the offender till later at a bike shop,
That means that the experienced cop, wasn't as good as he thought he was.

But as many others have pointed out, the following cop would have had the
number of the leading bike and relayed it to base then gone to his house and
waited for him to come home,
without having all that chasing he did, endagering both his and the other
riders lives and of coarse, other road users

  4. Very true, but it still appears to be entrapment

If you'd missed the mark by any further you wouldn't be eligible to join
    VicPol.

You were closer when you said it was "some sort" of entrapment.. because
at least then, you had the option of arguing that "not at all" is still
"some sort". Entrapment is an act where the police encourage or
persuade someone to commit an act that they would probably not have
committed otherwise. From my brief viewing of the video, the lead rider
didn't seem to be in much need of encouragement.

  7. That's true, but as I said, the lead rider probably thought the following
    rider was a friend,
or decided that he would show him what a rider he was,
not knowing or thinking he was a copper on an unmarked Police bike.
The copper aided and abetted the lead rider into a fast law breaking ride
    through traffic.

Also, either the copper was wrong with his description of the speeds the
    lead rider was going,
or the speech and the video were way out of synchronization, as a few times
    the copper said,
doing over 140, or doing over 90 or some other speed, when the speed reading
    was nowhere what he said.
Maybe the copper was doing those speeds, and had to reach those speeds to
    keep up.

I had the misfortune to be changing at a training venue with a certain
gung-ho psudo military bloke used the same area of the common rooms , he
was brazilianed and to this day is remembered as a particularly
unpleasant sight. Coincidently I never aspired to join vicpol after my
    time in the services.

Can't agree with that, George. Maybe if the copper had taken the lead
and the other bloke had followed him for a while...

There was one point where the cop was stuck behind a car and losing
sight of the biker, and the cop briefly switched on siren and flashing
lights to make the car move over.

so it's still not entrapment.. that's just stupidity.
Do you really think so? I didn't watch the whole clip.. only maybe a
minute of it, but I doubt if the lead rider even looked in his mirror
once. I know that if I'm making making exceptional progress through
traffic, all of my attention is devoted to the road ahead, and none to
    that behind.

He flashed his headlight (standard Pommy "get out of the way. slowcoach"
signal) but I didn't hear a siren or see coloured lights.

I think I can make out the noise you're talking about, but I'd say
that it's alternator hum bleeding into his radio transmissions.

The noise is exactly in sync with his high beam flashes. i.e. when
his high beam comes on, the alternator hyperventilates and this upsets
the radio which picks up the electrical interference and translates it
into "alternator hum" and transmits it, which is what (IMHO) we're
    listening to.
