Applecross - stunning scenery on the TV

    Whenever someone mentions touring Scotland I recommend Applecross.

    Monty Halls' Great Escape is set on the peninsula.

    The programme itself is quite interesting but the scenery is the star of
    the show.

    Very good camerawork, too.
    What he fails to point out is that 90% of the time it's crap.

    I failed to notice that was on last night, so it's downloading from
    thebox now. I followed his written reports in Dive so did want to see
    the program.
