Seriously Peter... I would be for amending the constitution no matter what
party I've joined... I just what the chance to vote for Arnold for
President... he satisfies both parties and would be great in office... just
look at his popularity with the voters during the recall election... he
carried 51 out of 58 counties in Ca.... I believe that's proves a lot of
Democrats cast their vote for Arnold...

Only this isn't exactly a new idea. The same amendment was proposed to
allow Kissinger to run. Kissinger at least had some qualifications.
