I think you have to collect enough tokens to get one free, other wise

A Long Time Ago, I owned a copy of the BBC Sound Effects LP. This
contained such things as "One man being beheaded" and "Two men being
beheaded" - they used cleavers and melons to create the appropriate
sounds, apparently.

Well, as you might expect, the sound of a knife being used to saw
through someone's neck isn't too gruesome, but the screams and gurgles
