    I agree I do not know why page designers have to do that fancy rubbish.
    Pages that are hard to look,at fancy time wasting rubbish etc.,print
    that can't be read on wrong background.
    Even news papers are now putting strange combination of colours on their
    pages that old people can not read unless in bright sunlight.

    Not the black on white but my mother does with other stupid letter
    colouring on the wrong coloured background that some stupid idiot thinks
    is wonderful.
