Autocom Customer Service

    I think it's been said before but, for me, they are the best.

    I had a problem with a rider lead on a unit well out of warranty. Quick
    e-mail sent, their response wanted my address and they sent out the new lead
    FOC.

    IMO Autocom and Scottoiler have the best customer service I have experienced
    anywhere.

    Canon Europe take some beating: registered for my "free" 256MB CF card
    with them, and received a 512MB one today, with "apologies fo any
    inconvenience caused".

    Currys, on the other hand, sent the invoice for the camera today,
    telling me it will be delivered in 5 days. It was delivered on
    December 14th.
