Aviance strikes again...

  1. They lost my luggage last trip. They've done it again. I'm on the
Caribbean coast with just the clothes I stand up in. Valuable stuff like
laptop and cameras in my hand luggage, needless to say.

Prace bets now on whether I'll ever see it again.

what sort of dumb **** would re-use a carrier who'd previously lost
    their luggage?

Oh, wait, it's you Neil - carry on ;-)

  3. Hmf. 'Twasn't me who booked the flights. Anyway, you try travelling
around inside Colombia without using Avianca.....

Just finished breakfast, by the pool (I'm in Santa Marta, right now).
    Very nice.

ICBW, but there are hundreds, if not thousands of flights inside Columbia
that don't use Avianca. You might not want to share your baggage with their
    regular cargo though...

  7. **** :)

    Anyway, got it back now.

Now, can they lose it again between Santa Martha and Bogota?

  9. Nope: I have remained remarkably regular. That will be all the frijoles,
that will. I tell you, the first munge of the morning generally fills
    the pan above seat level.
