Lovely riding weather today and whilst out I saw a fair few day-glow power
rangers out for a sunny Sunday bimble. Warm isn't exactly how I would have
described it however, still, it was very plesant.

My destination was a nice windsurfing lake, having decided that today was my
last-of-season windsurf day. The wind wasn't great but certainly
entertaining, but that wasn't really the problem. By-ek was it cold; I
mean, damn. It was fine until my first (inevitable) dunking and then it was
a real battle to supress the shivers. Still, the journey home was much
warmer, nothing to worry about :)

Now to find some sports for the winter... Roll on next spring...

After a long summer of motorcyling I looked at myself in the mirror
yesterday. Old and fat was my conclusion - so today out came the mountain
bike. I'm so unfit it took me nearly 4 hours to cover a 3 hour ride. The
cold weather will probably do me a favour.

You big girl. Windsurfing on Boxing Day is one of life's great pleasures.

How's about struggling to get into a semidry, that always an energetic
sport. Even more of an effort is getting out of it after. I always had to
hook the zip pull onto the roof rack to unzip it after if the SWMBO wasn't
    surfing aswell
