Badlands Load Equalizer

    Hi Everyone,
    I have a used Harley Springer Softail that has the Harley passing
    lamps added to the front end. I am in the process of changing out the
    stock blinkers with Kuryakyn mirrors containing integrated blinkers.
    While disassembling the dash to get to the wiring, I found that there
    is a Badlands black box wired into the bike. I am assuming that this
    is some kind of load equalizer. Can someone explain why this would be
    wired into the system? Is this due to the added passing lamps? If so,
    would this impact the brightness of the new blinkers? Any help would
    be greatly appreciated. Rich.
