    I thought you liked your Bandit ! You mostly said negative
    about it.

    IIRC he also has a CG125 (MSOHP). It's a lot to live up to.

    I borrowed it once.

    As long as you were happy to do a snug 60 in the lorry lane
    on the dual carrageway it was fine

    MSOHP is a silly and vaguely evil religious cult. Which is best poked up
    their shiny collective 4 stroke arses.

    I thought you were in favour of collectives.

    Not when they are silly and vaguely evil.

    We're watching you matey. Avoid dark alleyways would be my advice.
    Well at least our arses stay shiny, as opposed to the followers of the
    oily side who seem to regularly need to put caustic soda and petrol in
    theirs to keep them working with any sort of efficiency.

    Have you got a TPPFAUICG? If not, you should.

    All you need to do is change the "you" yo U and you'll sound like Sir
    Tony Mr Impailer.
    The CG125 does Mach 0.08539 you know...

    I think that mach claim is a little dodgy.
    Lets examine it
    from my flight sim days:

    mach_number = 0.015025 * true_airspeed / SQRT(Ambient_temperature);

    true_airspeed = SQRT(Ambient_temp) * mach_number / 0.015025

    Assume 10oC thats 283.15 kelvin

    true_airspeed = 16.82 * 0.08539 / 0.015025

    OK 95.63 feet per second

    Thats 95.63/(1760*3) * ( 60 * 60)

    65.20327263896174647200 MPH

    OK, drat ! S'about right

    While looking to see if I had one, I noticed the chi list appears to have
    vanished from the sig-acronyms page on

    Or was I looking in the wrong place, I wonder?

    Or, and this is really likely, am I a dumb **** because I've just seen
    my own sig at the bottom of this post. FFS.
