It's always the day after the day after (iyswim) that hurts the most. You should know this by now, and you should also know to keep taking the ibuprofen and you'll be fine in a week.
Due to some unearthly oversight the only tablets I have in the house at the moment are some pretty Flucloxacillin 500mg Capsules which I think are antibiotics and several packets of Boots One A Day 10mg Loratadine tablets which I assume are antihistamines. So unless I happen to be afflicted with an internal bacterial infection or hives I'm just going to have a nice hot shower before I go to bed to make myself feel better.
Makes the day go a bit more quickly, too. Don't sit in one position for too long and look at how you sit - this always makes a big difference to my physical comfort. Beware the crossed ankles shoved under your chair, for example. Comfortable at the time, damn painful an hour later.
Sitting on a mushroom in the smoking room for 40 minutes this morning wasn't the best idea I've ever had and having a stretch caused some rather interesting pains in the lower part of my neck towards the right. I'm sure I'll live.
