    Below, a chap on ebay who says he's having a closing sale and selling off
    batteries. Don't know if they're any good for anyone here but he says he has
    lots of other bits going too.

    Well worth considering, as the retail price of batteries is about to
    double.

    Except that the place's p&p charges are around the same as the battery
    cost. Lead is an expensive item to send through the post....
