Anyone have any opinions about which one is a good one? I've been
travel ling so much lately that I think I am going to have to put one
    on my 'Priller.

Seems that I recall one called Dr. - something that is made here
locally. They had a tender/charger that would do a deep cycle on a
batter, a trickle, and a maintenance charge. Additionally, they had
an indicator that could stay on the bike permanently and then
quick-connect to the actual charger. I think it was relatively
    inexpensive.

  2. I think your looking for BatteryDoc. I haven't actually used the one,
although my trickle charger just burned out so I'll be needing one myself.
It is located in Grand Prairie. Here is the weblink.

Well, I went and bought one today. I got the charger, plus the extra
indicator for $46.95 after TTL. Competitive with high-end chargers,
but more expensive than your basic, bulky chargers.

    Works with any 12v battery.

They got good reviews in several mags, so I thought I would give 'em a
shot. Since they aren't too far away I can take it back and bitch if
    I don't like it. ;-)

It's pretty compact and comes with permanent pigtails for a quick
connect (nice). I would suggest, however, getting the extra
indicator do-hickey (technical term) because the pigtails are longer
allowing you more options for where to put the connector.

Anyway, so far so good. It's charging the battery up, now. I'll try
to remember to put up another review later on.
