It's to be televised - look out for "You've been Flamed" in the next few days.
Jeremy's funeral arrangements have now been made. It will be a family service followed by a small finger buffet.
It will be at a quarter to three in the afternoon, when the big hand is on the left and the little hand is on the right.
I have to say most of the Jeremy Beadle jokes have gone over my head too but I never watched the programmes so I guess they're references to his television appearances. Somehow, I'm quite pleased this is a cultural reference I don't know.
I *think* he had one abnormally small or deformed hand. I could of course be thinking of someone else.
****, with all that wrong with him it's surprising he didn't go on to become an annoying person with huge over-compensation issues. -- Dave GS850x2 XS650 SE6a "A scone and tea at half past three Makes the day a little brighter Keep your cakes and fancy tarts And stick them up your shiter."
Cane says... I have more details, it's at 2-45 tomorrow. For those of you who haven't moved into the digital age that's a quarter to three, or if you're a toddler, it's when the big hand is on the left and the little hand is on the right.
I just hope that one of the coffin bearers will drop the coffin whilst being videoed so they can claim their £250. It's what he would have wanted.
there was going to be two minutes silence at the funeral, but the family have asked for a round of applause instead, because they say he'd have appreciated a big hand.
they aren't; as someone else has now said, the late Mr.Beadle had one hand smaller than the other. How can you have gone to school in the 1980s and not be aware of these jokes? Simon: the new Ace.
I had no idea until someone mentioned it last night, mainly because I didn't understand the joke he'd read out. In other news, he apparently wanted his ashes to be turned into compost and used on the vegetable patch in his garden. A new reality TV show will monitor the progress. It'll be called: "Watch Out, Beadle's a sprout".
