Best locks and chains?

    Well, they DO have a "We're so confident about our chains we'll pay your
    excess" thing going on their website.

    Bet there're so many stipulations and conditions attached to that claim to
    make it pointless though. Anyone know what their "terms and conditions" on
    that offer are?
