Got a letter through from the Plod today : "As a result of the above incident (the driver) has attended a Driver Improvement Course as an alternative to prosecution. I have been advised (the driver) successfully completed the course. If they are involved in another incident within the next three years, the police will automatically prosecute". So look out if you're vaguely near Blackpool, or in fact anywhere. Still, got the admission of liability through the post so that at least is a :-) for me.
