    If it's your gearchange foot then you're probably in trouble. (Although I
    remember Alberto Puig got his Honda modified with a right-foot gearchange
    after his LeMans prang)

    According to superbikeplanet.com the reports are conflicting.
    Some say "Multiple breaks in his left leg" and others say "broken ankle and
    some broken bones in his foot" so I reckon it's a bit up-in-the-air at the
    mo'.
    (Although the fact that Dr Costa sent him to France for treatment instead
    of looking after him himself hints at a degree of severity!)
