Big fire in Sydney fuel depot

Err... is this the same ethanol that all the fuel companies are promising
they're NOT putting into the petrol?

Well i said something similar. "at least it isn't going into our petrol tanks" when i saw it on telly at lunch.

no-ethanol fuel.

Gotta look after your mates (especially the big donors to the fucking slimy

7 Million Litres of the stuff

This was burning while heating 12 Million Litres of marine fuel & 10 Million
Litres of heavy crude in the tanks on either side.

Nah, just some people in the 'Gong having a barbie....

As Hammo has pointed out, it's actually down here in the 'Gong, but anyway,
the thing is still buring this morning despite dumping 30,000 litres of
fire retardent foam on it (subborn little bugger). The firey's arn't so
worried about the adjoining tanks as much as they were but apparently we
might go up a level on the water restrictions due to the drowning they're
giving the steel works......or so they speculated on "Wave FM" this
morning.
