Has anybody out there looked at those hydraulic motorcycle benches
    advertised in Just bikes?
They seem quite cheap at $285+ and tempting, does anybody have one? If so,
any comments on quality, usability, etc.?
Thanks in advance for any info.

Can't one just bolt a longer plank to the top of it?

I said "bolt", I never even *hinted* at using baler twine!
Never touch the stuff, old boy. Fancy a snifter of Port though?

Ha! sounds like the bench I already have! O.k. thanks for the help, I have
found a motorcycle dealer in Hobart who stocks them, and I will have a drive
down there and have a look sometime soon, but thanks for the feedback,
interesting stuff... (Hmm, bailing wire, longer
    plank...............................)

Bailing generally works better with a container, like a cup.

Maybe it's for a barbed wire canoe...

If you go the plank option make sure it won't tip over.
